2 Timothy 2:1-26 Guard The Gospel (Be steadfast Minister ) by Ho King Swee dated 23.10.16

Where exactly was Paul when he wrote this last epistle?
Paul was mostly likely in an underground prison according to Bro. King Swee.  It was a small place, fifty and smelly as many prisoners were most probably dumped there to die either from starvation or strangulations by prisoners in there.

The World, the Apostle Paul, and Word of God in the last days by Dr. Thomas Chung dated 30.10.16

This sermon is based on 2 Timothy 3.
Why has Paul chosen Timothy?  Probably Paul was very closed to Timothy, he called him “my beloved son”.  He was also taught by his grandparents Eunice and Lois in Old Testament.  The reasons are:
           1.       Knew his Bible
           2.       Teachable
           3.       Prepared to take second place
“The day of the Lord” used during old testament time, and “the last day” during new testament starting from Pentecost.
