do you make Christ know?
You must know the BIBLE.
The Bible points to Jesus
John 5:39 “You diligently study the Scriptures because you think that by them you
possess eternal life. These are the Scriptures that testify about me…about
Jesus Christ.”
The main message of the church is not about
:
Politics
Science
History
No doubt the Bible talks about these
subjects, but they are not our main concern as a believer.
The main theme of the Bible is Jesus
Christ.
1 Peter 2: 2 “Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk.” We need to grow in our spiritual walk like
growing babies.”
When we carry the Bible, the devil gets a
headache.
When we open the Bible, he collapses.
When we open the Bible, he collapses.
When he sees us reading it, he faints.
When he sees us living it, he flees.

That’s how powerful is the Bible.
Jesus is God (John 1:1)
Jesus is the Creator of all things (John

Jesus is God’s Son
He became truly human

He is full of grace and truth
He is eternal and has made know the Father
to us.

I am the bread of life
I am the light of the world
I am the door
I am the good shepherd
I am the resurrection and the life
I am the way, the truth and life
I am the true vine
These questions basically test our knowledge of the Bible:
How many books in the Old Testament? How
many books in New Testament? Name the Pentateuch. Name the 4 Gospels. Who is
the oldest man in the Bible? What is the longest chapter in the Bible? What is
the shortest verse? Who was thrown into the lion’s den? Who betrayed Jesus?
What is the last book of the Bible? How many of you can recite the 66 books of
the Bible? Name the ten commandment. Can you recite the Lord’s Prayer?

How
do I know God loves me?
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world”
How
do I know I have eternal life?
John 3:16 “…that he gave his one and only Son (Jesus), that whoever believes in
him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
How
do I know my sins are forgiven?
I John 1:9 “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and forgive us our sins
and purify us from all unrighteousness”.
How
do I know Jesus is the only way to heaven?
John 14:6 “Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No-one
comes to the Father
except through me.”
THE SON OF GOD, THE SAVIOR OF THE WORLD & THE ONLY WAY TO
HEAVEN,
DO WE KNOW HIM?

WE KNOW CHRIST & ACKNOWLEDGE HIS LORDSHIP we must make Him known.

HAVE
WE COMPLETED THAT MISSION YET? To make Him known.
Firstly – to know Christ you must spent time
deligently reading and studying the Bible.
Secondly –to make Him known you must point
to the Saviour.
Conclusion
Know Christ and make Him known.
